Existing customers please attempt a password reset. If it states user/email does not exist or if you simply do not receive the reset email. Please reapply. We will check for existing customers so you do not need to resubmit documents.
Applications that are pending will not be able to place orders at checkout.
Once approved and logged in click User Management in the new Dashboard. Remove any users that are no longer valid. Add any users (staff) that you need. Then click Account Settings to verify it's information. Click Addresses to update Billing and Shipping addresses. Your information will then be up to date. If you are not able to update your company name contact email@example.com.
